1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

You may request a replacement or refund if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product is missing items or accessories.
  • The product is significantly different from the description on our website.

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Products Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or incorrect upon delivery:

  • Sarees that have been worn, washed, altered, or used.
  • Kurtis that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Jewellery and ornaments used after delivery.
  • Handcrafted products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • An unboxing video and clear photographs may be requested for damaged or incorrect items.

4. Replacement Process

Once your request is approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup where service is available.
  • If pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to ship the product, and shipping reimbursement will be provided where applicable.
  • Replacement products are usually dispatched within 3–7 business days after quality inspection.

5. Refund Process

Refunds are issued only after the returned item passes our inspection.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Plava.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may instead request a return or replacement if eligible under this policy.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order number.
  3. Attach clear photographs and, if available, an unboxing video.
  4. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

8. Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned unless received damaged or incorrect:

  • Clearance or sale items marked as Final Sale.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Customized or personalized products.
